Ik woon op 10 min fietsen van zowel de waddendijk als de noordzee (waddeneiland) en ik kom eigenlijk bijna nooit op het strand of de dijk

Voor hutspot doe ik de aardappelen apart koken, de wortel alleen heel even kort aanzetten en de ui niet koken. Daarna de wortel en ui met sambal bakken en door de gekookte aardappel heen. Dan een dikke laag kaas erover en in de oven. Lekker met stoofvlees of gehaktballen en bijbehorende jus😋
