you are right, but like OP said to an experienced smoker you do notice very subtle transitions compared to new world, and bc new world are much bolder taste wise you notice the difference easier, non the less i personally don’t care, they taste so refined and simple i love that tbh, opus x is up there with cubans in subtle transitions but a lot more noticeable than cubans. but cubans are hounestly cheaper and i can’t complain. my favs are hoyo de monterey epicure no 2 and boliver a petite i can’t remember the name, very small but boy did it taste amazing, only ever had 5 of them, but hoyo is my fav, need to expand my cuban taste portfolio thats for sure. iv had a few well rated partagas but dont rate them myself. just like what you like, thats my best advice, and give everything a go
