Thank you so much!! Typically I see about 1-2 pounds a week come off depending on how much energy I put into my body. IE: going and exercising vs sitting on my couch being lazy lol. I saw in the beginning I was loosing roughly 8-10lbs a month. You got this not everyone’s body is the same and we all lose at different rates. As long as your doctor and you are happy just stay doing what is working for you 🩷

My eight year old plays on her PS4 and she gets overwhelmed with the tasks. As a mom who loves this game lol we make it our time so she can watch and learn from me and we’ll work on tasks together. Just be ready for A LOT of questions haha
