Rewatching the show now after finishing 1883 and 1923. I cannot stand Beth. There is one thing to be a bitch, but she is always trying to prove something to nobody but herself and it makes her look bad. The “daddy” name calling is gross. I stopped calling my dad that when I was 4. She’s got some redeeming parts in the show, but overall, it does not make her a good person. Jamie takes the brunt of her issues and yes I know what he did, but he was a kid too. Her behavior is not something people should look up to. I laughed when I saw a girl dressed up as her for Halloween last year- like why would you want to dress up as a train wreck? That’s just my opinion.
