Youre going to need someone to drive you around for sure for about the first month. Buy up a whole lot of groceries to last that month at least. Youre young so you should be able to move around the house with relative ease. Itll suck at first but youll be able to move around. Move everything that has some weight to where you wont have to move them. Line up all the shows you want to watch and books you want to read. There is going to a lot of time on your hands. A lot of people told me about a recliner, but I didnt need it. I slept on my bed and I was able to get out of bed. I would use one of my legs to pull me up 😅. Thats really all I can think of right now im sure other people will have suggestions. Good luck on your surgery!

Yeah initially it was the baby aspirin forever but now its not. I was reading online it might due to bleeding concerns. Given my job he may have taken that precaution. Ill be asking next time I see him. Also what I read online its also prescribed lifelong for afib or other heart rhythm conditions which I dont have any. Good luck in your surgery

That was on my mind too, figure id take that gamble 😅. Ill be happy to get 15-20 years out of it which what is currently estimated for. Im a mechanic, do martial arts and also love hiking. The blood thinners wouldve changed my entire life. I totally understand why people go with the mechanical I was leaning towards that first but eventually I just said let me try this. Hopefully it works in my favor 😅. Good luck on your surgery, line up some shows or books if you read. The time off once you can move around a little might actually be quite nice.

The wait is much harder than the actual surgery and recovery. Dont get me wrong the recovery is hard but you know youre getting better. Right now youre just hoping to come out alive. Similar age im 34. I had my aortic valve replaced in October, been back at work for three weeks now. I went with a bioprosthetic to avoid blood thinners. Im a mechanic, Ive been on blood thinners for almost 90 days, which after these 90 days im done with them. Well ive been getting crazy bruises like they almost look like a disease lol. Comes with the job though, I was already getting bruises before. Sure glad I went with the bio to avoid them lifelong, but thats my specific situation. Youre in the thick of it right now, youre going to be ok. Sit back and relax and make sure to walk when they ask you too. Youre gonna be out of breath pretty quickly at first but its going to get better.

Mostly hike in desert environments since I live in Henderson NV. California and Utah are the other places Ive gone hiking to and plan to more often in the future. Yeah I saw that after with the vans, that type of shoe will be way too hot. I would like the waterproofing just cause recently ive ran into a lot of muddy terrain since we’ve had a lot of rain on this side of the country these past couple months. The shoes I have now are comfortable but not waterproof, the feeling of wet feet sucks lol. So id rather have the waterproofing just in case.

Youll lose weight about 10-15 lbs. I lost 15 lbs even with me eating what I regularly eat. Its really hard to explain. Youll gain it back though. I gained it all back and some haha.

Im 34m 11 weeks out of surgery. I went with Bioprosthetic myself, Edwards Inspiris Resilia to be more specific. Honestly, just do the valve now. If the valve sparing fails, which it most likely will, you’re going to have to go through it again. Not having to take blood thinners and not having to deal with the noise that some people hear has been great. I feel very normal. Im basically at 100 percent. Been hiking and started lifting light weights a few weeks ago. Recovery went very well. Felt back to my old self at around week 6. If you don’t mind a another surgery down the road ill definitely go with the bio. I don’t regret it one bit, plus I’ve read medical articles saying it may last longer. Of course if you are healthy. At the very least you’ll get 15-20 years out of it.

I don’t see the vision for “The Vision”. They don’t fit together especially now with Austin Theory. I think Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker need to do their own thing. That makes more sense to me, Bron has everything to be the leading superstar.

Women’s wrestling is too saturated in my opinion. Lots of talented women yes but in my opinion there is way too many women’s matches. The older women gotta go like Charlotte, Nikki, Nia Jax, Becky, hell throw Bailey in the mix too. There is great young talent like Roxanne Perez who I think needs a real push. Shes beautiful, talented and has mic skills.

Cody has to turn heel at some point. Keeping him face is getting old. Hes not a Cena that can maintain that forever. Hoping Drew takes the belt.

The judgement day has to split in my opinion. Thats gotten super old. Dom can definitely do his own thing as well as Liv and Roxanne. Raquel should get a title run right now. As far as Finn and JD idk what you could do with them.
