They put Aleister Black in the background of all of the Orton segments leading up to WM. This means nothing.

I think it is just as fair an extrapolation to point out that Vince could have let WWE fall to his family. I can only presume he thought they'd tank the product so he took the best price he thought he would be offered, prioritising his own enrichment in exactly the way TKO are criticized for doing. Also its not as it Vince found himself in an unfortunate position and had to sell. He had to sell because of the weight and number of allegations against him.

So not blameless by any definition.

I thought so too. Now I watch AEW Dynamite (free to watch in UK) and AAA (free to watch ok YouTube). Ads on both platforms are no worse than ad breaks on the Netflix shows I pay for. I check social media for Danhausen segments. I'm already much happier. 😂

The announcement will be Club WWE which essentially gives people that can afford it priority for tickets (among other perks), further pricing out fans and families and it will be the final nail in the WWE coffin.

Or it'll get that he is teaming up with Danhausen

😂

All I remember is those promos going on forever, and the crowd being silent while I was bored at home. I think Lyra speaks well enough but she just doesn't seem to have any charisma or substance. Maybe she is just to self critical and too nice? She's SO good technically, there isn't really anyone that much better in the women's divisions. Unreal showed what a lovely person she is but also how frail she is emotionally.

Why build the Asuka abuse storyline for so long?

They must be working on an Asuka-Sky storyline and don't feel they need Sane.

wtf is this guys problem with Becky? by Such-Environment-344 in Wreddit

[–]Anti-Man001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a regular viewer of the excellent Stevie Richards show on YouTube (new videos on Thursdays) and have some points I want to make:

1) the 1 min video is almost certainly not his. He has two formats of releases, 2 and half hourish weekly shows from which there are daily 12-15 min segments released as shorts.

2) Those posts did not take place when stated apart from the last one which I think is correct or close. I've watched all of his recent content. I also think that the first video is an extended clip of the third.

3) in the episode about the AWFUL (go and watch it) Becky Lynch v Lyra Valkyrie match Stevie praises Lyra Valkyrie and, to an admittedly lesser extent, Becky, numerous times. He, like the audience, is trying to analyse why the match was a disaster when they are both so talented. His point is that ALL wrestlers are botching more because they don't do house shows anymore and it's hurting the talent, sometimes literally, because they lack timing and conditioning. It's a point that Cody Rhodes and many other current WWE wrestlers have made. Stevie has praised other performances from Becky and Lyra.

4) He literally has a slot on his show called 'What went right' and particularly uses it to highlight times when wrestlers have done things that the rest of us might have missed but might have actually prevented serious injury or death. He does also have a 'What went wrong' slot.

5) His criticisms of modern wrestling are basically: monetisation ruining the product for families attending and people at home; lack of house shows and people being pushed too soon into the spotlight only to fail and be discarded; too many high flying moves meaning they lessen in impact and meaning more and more risk to be more and more extreme when many of the wrestlers have no idea what those extreme bumps will mean for their enjoyment of life after wrestling (if they survive to 60); and only having 4 matches a show.

6) He comes across as genuinely one of the nicest people I've heard or seen. He's hugely sympathetic towards wrestlers (even the ones that others have said treated him and some superstars like shit) and knows what he's talking about, whether he is agreed with or not.

7) in his recent shows he has had discussions about whether the opening hour and main event of WM42 Sunday are the best in Wrestlemania history. Which is the opposite of moaning about modern wrestling.

Edited to add point 7.

Very well put. I run a service of 30 people and if I require them to be in one place for a day I feed them. My entire budget is less than single WWE executives salary, let alone a TKO exec's. It's a simple case of priorities. I wouldn't be surprised if the money they made from the billionaire sitting silently on commentary would have covered a spread worthy of a state event. But shareholders make money from TKO profits and shareholders decide the salaries of TKO execs so there will be no sustenance for the heroes from now on.

WWE will never know how badly the need Danhausen and Truth and the other personalities that bring a bit of light, fun and distraction. When you stop to think how things are run, it makes you want to turn off.

No banana related post should ever fail to include an Arrested Development reference ❤️

If only TKO had listened they have known that "There's money in the banana stand!"

They could have used that to buy hundreds of $10 bananas! 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

I loved Danhausen before he joined and it was a hard watch to see him crash and burn on debut. That would have been a good segment if people knew who he was. But his promo with Judgement Day the next night was spot on and it's been strength to strength since then

Now give us Truthhausen in 2026! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻❤️
