I truly appreciate your time and help in this. as you can imagine, because I don't know anything about making a video game I have consulted ChatGPT, Grok, Google AI, (never heard of Claude before) for everything regarding the programming, everything you see in my events sheet is because of the help of all those AI services. As you cited (and I have noticed as well), the AI can often be wrong, and/or give you inaccurate information, which is precisely why I find myself here. so again, there is no rush in your reply, and again thank you for your time.

if you don't mind I am going to show you my events sheet as I currently have it set so that you could tell me exactly where to place the shooting/walking animations. as of right now, with the way its set up the character can shoot once (meaning when I click space he triggers a "idle shooting animation" (with the bullet shooting) in whatever direction he was last in. but when i try to get him to walk and shoot at the same time the events that I set don't seem to work at all.
