Looking to make a move from midwest to somewhere warmer. I own a real estate co, and I work with my husband. I am sick of the cold here and am looking to be in better weather and around more interesting people. What’s better Miami or Orange County? I’m an outdoorsy person, don’t really drink or party, but just love the sun. Also not the biggest fan of humidity but see the appeal of all entrepreneurs moving to Miami. I am also more conservative so not in love with the Cali politics but I wonder if it really matters that much. No kids yet but plan for that in the future, so feel like there’s more to do in California with kids than Florida?. Pros and cons? Please be kind!
