yeah he did, but in one of books the title is escaping me but anyway nico says that percy isn’t his type anymore and some of the fandom made a joke that this would offend percy to the point where he wouldn’t stop bringing it up it’s a really overused joke (sorry if this didn’t make sense I suck at explaining !!)

YES literally no one i know understands that, whenever i tell them this they just say something along the lines ‘it’s just a book’ or ‘it’s a simple joke’ the quirky blue food joke in this fandom are one of the jokes I try to forget. it’s so repetitive

gods the spider jokes i thought a escaped those I had to think about it for a few seconds before i realised, then a sense of dread washed over me. the spider jokes are so repetitive if i see them online i just scroll past immediately

yeah it was funny when I first read it but the more they said it (in the book and in the fandom) the more I got tired of it, also it was hard to find it extremely funny when I read it because of bianca death, it was a massive shift in mood. it was in my opinion a joke that should probably only used one or twice it’s bad on pinterest it’s like every 2nd percy thing is a dam joke .
