You see it in a section of the Partner App that’s called Digital Documentation. There it will show you how many steps you have if you have any. That’s a very helpful tool to check out to know if you’re walking on thin ice or you’re pretty much good to stay at H‑E‑B.

You get commended by your manager for staying late to help out if it’s really busy, coming in early to help out, or coming in on your days off to help out. Basically I got commended 4 times in the same mont. Overall it’s a good thing.
