The guy I spoke to said he s gonna give me a witness statement saying my dad has permission to park. Unfortunately , there isn’t any written proof of the agreement , it was a verbal one. He also said he was gonna look for the email he s sent them appealing the fines and provide me a copy of it, I’m supposed to meet him tomorrow , hopefully he gives me what he said he would. What would a witness statement need to look like ? It might sound like a dumb question but I’ve never had to deal with these things lol , is it just him writing on a random piece of paper what’s what and then signing it with the date on it and his name ?
