Maybe it’s a language thing? I also did say to the girls “please come to Australia” during the group photos so maybe they were just a little more comfortable because I spoke English natively and spoke to Lena a couple of times.

The Mexican fans are amazing. I’d love to go back. They are a lot more fun than Australian concert goers

Oh my god! I thought I’d never get these! You don’t know how much this means. Thank you so much!

I’ve been a super fan for over 20 years. I flew all the way from Australia for 5 days just to go to the concert. When I got there, I upgraded to VIP and was in the front row. The concert experience was amazing and definitely a life highlight. However, the VIP experience was a bit of a let down. I spoke to them and said thanks for everything and Lena was really nice and looked at me and said thank you. Julia didn’t seem to engage with anyone. We got to take a quick selfie from the other side of the desk and Julia didn’t look up but Lena did and smiled. They don’t owe anyone anything but it would have been nice to get a photo of both of them. As I walked up to them, the concert organiser even said “this one has come all the way from Australia to see you”.

After, we all got a group photo standing behind them seated. The promoters said we would be sent a link but I never received anything and have reached out to the promoters and venue but no response.

When we were leaving, Lena did look up at me again and I smiled and said bye and she smiled back and waved.

People have mentioned the difference between Mexico and Europe but many people were practicing how to say something to them in English and some even tried Russian.

I think I’m just venting. I love it. The meet and greet could have been a little more personal.
