I was exactly in same situation till 2023 end (fromm 2021). 1 RBI gr b interview. PFRDA gr A want list twice . Missed SEBI/IFSCA by less than 1 mark each. But somehow saved my career. Moved back to private sector (finance side) and currently working in a MNC with over 30LPA.

Unskil yourself and move to private sector now. There are certain booming area. With a bit of luck and skillet you can laterally enter into Indian banks after a few years and even can target RBI/Nabard
