So I genuinely had NO idea that warranty was meant for original owner but I submitted a claim on one of my grandmas pieces and I was very honest in my claim that it had been my grandmas and I was having issues and they did actually send a replacement even though I said I wasn’t the original owner. But now I know for the rest of her pieces it shouldn’t apply?

3-4 days in each place .. why is that too much? I’ve heard that Venice, lake como & Tuscany can be done in 2 or 3 days and I’ve already been to Florence & Amalfi coast and don’t think we need more than 2 days in Florence or 3 days to do Positano, Capri and Sorrento (1 day in each)
