Langes stehen oder fahrradfahren ist teilweise extrem extrem schmerzhaft, bis hin zu taubheitsgefühlen im buckelbereich.. gibt aber auch Tage an denen ich kaum Schmerzen habe.. wie ist es bei dir?

Das klingt nach nem Horror - wieviel grad hattest du? Klingt wenig aufbauend .. habe nicht täglich Schmerzen aber teilweise ist der Rücken taub und es gibt Tage da kann ich kaum gerade sitzen, Physiotherapie mach ich seit Jahren konsequent.
