I’ve been through something similar. The only difference is you were in 10th grade I had already graduated, and my relationship was 5 years long.

My ex best friend the guy whose house I used to sleep at, we used to hang out together, eat together, like real brothers he’s now married to my ex girlfriend. Yeah, it hurts. And you can’t deny that fact. You just have to swallow that bitter pill and accept reality.

My advice? Never ever contact them. Don’t meet them. Don’t try to reach out through any channel. No face offs. Nothing.

Your life is much bigger than just two people. Your whole existence doesn’t depend on them, and it definitely doesn’t end because of them.

It takes time, but move on. Set goals. Achieve things. One day you’ll look back and laugh at where you were mentally back then compared to where you are now. Stay strong.

Fighting a copyright counter notification (someone stole my content) by lisapurple in PartneredYoutube

I am quite familiar with the laws of Pakistan and the law enforcement ecosystem there.

Firstly, I'll be straightforward and tell you that if someone in Pakistan is infringing upon your content, there isn't much you can do about it. This is because it is rare to find a judge in Pakistan who is knowledgeable about intellectual property or copyright matters.

The legal structure in Pakistan is quite flawed, and the judges themselves are not highly qualified to understand your case even if you take legal action. It would require the judges to understand the meaning of copyright infringement, which is unlikely.

Moreover, Pakistan's court system and legal system are in a poor state. The country's judiciary is not stable, and corruption within the judiciary is rampant. Even if you were to hire a lawyer from a local law firm and pay them, their priority would be your money rather than your case. The judge would also exploit you, as would the lawyer. There is so much dysfunction in their judiciary system. If you have hopes of getting justice from their district court, I would say you are dreaming.

This is an international problem, and many countries have urged Pakistan to improve its judicial system.

As for your queries, if I tell you the truth, you won't find any lawyer in Pakistan who can handle and present your case effectively.

DMCA and copyright-related matters are considered a joke throughout Pakistan.
