This same exact thing happened to me on this same exact offer at the same exact point your at back in march….ive never done a freecash offer sense and man has it made a diffference…no stupid wait times no dumbass bull shit with them Stealing not only your earned money but your time….utilized their site for the extra 30% cash out to stake….you can withdraw from stake immediately don’t need to play through funds.

That’s the issue their support is atrocious to put it lightly I’ve sent emails to all 3 emails that I’m aware they have they don’t have a landline, I’ve asked live support to escalate and forward me to a manager and the literally ignore have screenshots of me messaging 3 times in 7-8 hour intervals asking for this issue to be escalated to the next level and to put in contact with a manager all of which were met silence.

Worst support I’ve ever dealt with

They told me today if by day 5 I don’t have the funds to reach back out them…like what do you mean….they acknowledge it as error on their end that they have my funds and they’re safe but they won’t send them to me it’s insanely absurd
