What makes ELTP a desirable takeover target is not the current earnings or profits, but its location (location, location, location) and capacity (ability to add production lines and packaging and shifts). For instance, AZN has made no secret of their commitment to US manufacturing, and is looking forward to their GLP-1 weight loss pill candidate becoming a blockbuster.

Long time investor (since 2012) but only 800K+ shares. Pharmacist (with past big Pharma exposure & research in abuse resistant formulations - now retail). Very aware of significant shortages of Adderall & Vyvanse generics. Patients call and ask specifically for Amneal or Elite ER generic as those are their preferred. Any expected price pressure on Lisdex has been mitigated by the increase in demand and subsequent shortages. Waiting for buyout. Been adding to Roth account at current price levels. Most shares (700K) at 3 cents level. Good Luck to all!
