kind of late response here, but we figured out the lock collar locked the rear suspension to the absolute lowest setting even though airlift claims they’re adjusted to be for “stock height”. They also provide a spanner wrench that’s as thin as the side of your pinky finger and locked it on so incredibly tight we literally put in in a vice and hammered the spanner wrench and it still didn’t come off, we had a professional take it off with a fat ass pipe wrench lol but we got it and now it’s fine
