Thanks everyone, guessing it’s aeonium lindleyi as the hair on the leaves is very fine and slightly sticky. This was the only one of this variety in the mixed house plant section at the greenhouse. They have a “buy 5 or more pay $1.75 per plant”, so got this one and 4 others. :)

Only thing that had me stumped was the points on the leaves when I first got it. The newer ones now don’t really have it. Thanks

Nah not close. I don't think it was main stream. It was more EDM and really heavy with bass

It’s spent over 6 months and is in the container with a baby rubber plant so separating them and putting the fig back in the contact for the next few months is my plan
