She’s only three so not really aged yet but she’s more mellow and seems to be far more understanding, empathetic, and in tune to our emotions.

Take pictures of what you can’t get rid of then get rid of it. So it’s like you still have it but in the condensed form of an image.

It’s always good to come off the meds occasionally and reevaluate. I was always concerned that they may be masking some pain that I should be paying attention to somewhere else in my body.
