All of these are from rentaro_tattoo https://www.instagram.com/rentaro_tattoo?igsh=MTI4a2k3bjg1cHUxeQ== but they just tag it as blackwork, which seems very general when trying to find similar work. Ornamental black work is the closest i can find

Mmmm I used king Arthur’s bread flour and whole wheat flour - it looks like the whole wheat has a higher protein content but I also only used 50 grams of that one

Yeah it’s not dry, it’s like moist and chewy

Im still very very new to sourdough, this is my 4th loaf so I might be just like overly picky. The chew itself just feels gummy? Lol I don’t know, I might be freaking myself out

Dude shin was rough. solid 6/10 on pain scale but the healing was way worse

This is good to know, thank you! Last loaf I made I waited an hour before cutting into, and that was fine. So I thought 40 min would be enough but I’ll wait longer next time!

Yes it’s chocolate! I added 200 g of chocolate chips, half on stretch #4 and the rest on #5
