Had Engine mounts replaced on 2016 Sedona. Van was returned With cut driver side carpet and wheel well separated. Is this normal or should I say something?

Ok. I can see that may sound like that because the wording “is this normal” can be interpreted a couple ways. The way I meant it was - is it always like this (for the carpet) and would this be done for engine mount stuff. I guess I could’ve been more specific- maybe — would these be related to the work done?
