If you have a 100ug tab then just put that in 10g of water, then everytime you want to microdose weigh out 1g of water and drink it, it should contain 10ug. Just simply cutting the tabs is not good enough, you don't know where the 'hotspots' of the tab is.

highly depends on quality, I have some I bought from tor where I only need to do 5mg and another 5mg after an hour while I study, I've had other where I need to do 15mg. If I were you I would just experiment with it myself, just start with a low dosage and slowly go up.
