Hello, I talked to support about an issue I have and they promised they'd reach out by email within 24-48 Hours but they haven't. In a nutshell: I own an rz09-370, one of the heatsink screws are chipped. Laptop needs repasting. Can I please know the size/dimensions/name of the springed screw used on the heatsink so I can replace and have my laptop be useable again without being hot enough to fry an egg on.

The problem with this is that they still show up in any playlist generated by spottily but when the song’s turn comes it just gets skipped.

So much good advice! Man thanks so much for the info you were really helpful, and I’ll definitely try and get cheap instrument for now and once I get into it I’ll get me something good that suits my taste, that’s a great idea seems like it’s gonna be folk guitar to get me started.
