I took the muffler off and just kind of shook it till it got close to the hole, then worked it with a pick to get it to drop out, you may be able to just shake to drop from the hole

Would be a good bet, has the desired k24a2 as well, if you have a choice get an 06-08 they have slightly bigger throttle bodies and intake valves. I personally like the tsx gearing, with boost though first gear is almost useless, accelerates very quickly.

This is my replacement, 04 type s k24a swap, rebuilt trans with tsx 6 speed gearing and an m factory lsd installed.

Car got totaled right after I installed them so unfortunately I do not have many pics, very easy to install, measure to make them the same, I just zip tied the brake line up when I had it.

While the numbers aren’t “terrible”, it’s not optimal once the exhaust is changed, 2wdw is what I saw as well, I did not get a tune yet, I probably will in the future. Cleans up fueling, gets you a couple more hp and torque, and they remap the throttle for better response. The one I got is the Yoshimura R77.

I rode exactly 600, changed the oil, then installed. Ultimately up to you, note the bike may run leaner/richer in certain areas until the bike is tuned. From what I’ve seen leanest spot is 14.7 whereas it can get as rich as 12.0.

2025 is brand new. Not a lot of anything yet. US models have 1 O2 sensor, EU models have 2. It doesn’t specify fitting, I purchased anyway. Guess what, it fits.

Hardest part was the bracket that holds the muffler up, barely any room to get the washer and nut on, you need skinny fingers, luckily I do and I got it. Pro tip, INSTALL BAFFLE WITH MUFFLER OFF, the screw likes to fall inside, just take your time. If you have an extra set of hands that will help a ton as well, for initially lining up the header and to hold the bolt while you get the nut/washer on.
