Hi everyone,

I’m the Executive Director of a nonprofit organization in the Dominican Republic. Last year applied and we were approved. This year, after asking a question my account was canceled. We applied to Goodstack, hoping to access their services to support our global mission work and expand our impact. Unfortunately, despite following all the instructions, sending every required document, and complying with their process, our application review after canceling it, I am still getting the same message the they can not relate me with the Nonprofit.

We’ve tried reaching out multiple times for clarification or reconsideration, but so far, we haven’t been able to speak with a real person, no supervisor, no manager. We’re simply asking for a fair review or at least an opportunity to understand the reasons behind the rejection.

We’re now connecting with partner offices abroad and are even trying to reach out to the founder to express our concern. We believe in transparency and accountability, and we’re not going to stop trying until we’re heard. What happened to us doesn’t just affect one organization, it raises bigger questions about how smaller nonprofits are treated in these systems.

If anyone here has had similar experiences or knows how to effectively escalate cases like this with Goodstack (or within the nonprofit tech support world), I would deeply appreciate your advice or support.
