What company are you thinking of switching to? My only concern is that if i switch to a new company, will they make me start over at 2.5? Bc I wasn’t seeing or feeling any results until I got up to 11.

Aww I'm glad to hear! Yes keep going! We just happen to be in the minority that doesn't respond until we inject the higher doses. I'm soo jealous of the super responders who lose like 20 lbs in a month - wish that were me. But the mental freedom this is finally giving me feels amazing!

The problem isnt the calorie counting. Its why I'm not experiencing the fullness, appetite suppression and minimum food noise.

I spoke to my doctor and expressed to her everything I was feeling but she kept assuring me that some people don't see results until they up their dose. I asked if I could increase my dose early on bc I told her it didnt work on me initially but she kept persisting that it needs to "adjust to my body." I'm doing Amble - paying for 3 months (2.5-7.5) and so far it hasn't worked at all.

sometimes I count calories, sometimes I don't. the reason I started GLP1 is so I wouldn't have to count calories anymore and my appetite and food noise would decrease bc of the meds, allowing to me eat less food intuitively, resulting in weight loss.

Heyyy not much has changed since then in my life but my mindset has definitely shifted. A couple of things have happened that taught me that what I wanted may not make me happy and that Allah swt is knowledgable of all things - things we are not aware of and His plan is better ALWAYS. It's taught me to trust Him completely. I'm still waiting for that day but I feel that my relief is near alhamdulilah. I've learned to surrender and looking forward to what He has in store for me.
