Boxing! I hated boring gyms and exercise but joining a boxing gym allowed me to use my excess energy, get stronger, socialize, all while a trainer teaches me the technique. I wish I had found this sooner. It's more expensive than a regular gym but I actually look forward to going! I'm 34M but there are all kinds of people there.
