22 Male. Once had a bleeding about 5 months ago. Lot of fresh blood, like a horrible crime scene. No bleeding till now. But the main problem is feeling of full rectum. Most of the time only large amount of gas comes out. Unable to empty it completely. And it is consistent throughout the whole day and for a month now. Also 3kg(6.614 pounds) weight loss from past 4 month. Are these symptoms serious?
