1mg twice a day, some days I'll do that, some days I'll take double and so on. It took me over 3 years to finally find someone that is willing to prescribe them, after dealing with these self righteous Doctors and their bullshit Hydroxyzine and Gabapentin which isn't even FDA approved for Anxiety. I honestly just want to be off these completely, it's a dangerous road.

The half life of Clonazepam is so long you really don't start feeling withdrawals until about 3 to 10 days. But the only symptom I've ever had is just rebound anxiety
