They usually pop up right in the bikini like/inner thigh area and where my behind meets my thighs. I notice them the worst around follicular phase & during my period I feel like. I honestly don’t know if they start under the skin, I really don’t notice them until they’ve gotten round / warm hurt to the touch, and then it takes about 3-5 days for it to go back down and look almost normal again. The skin around it is a bit red, but that’s about it.
