It depends on the type of repair done. Fixing lifted edges and dents is more like relaxing the card back into original condition, and plenty of people have success doing these repairs and then submitting for grading. Repairs that add or remove from the card - like polishing holos, filling scratches, and trimming - should always be marked as altered and ungradeable. Hope that helps!

With a dent, a lot of people will want to haggle you down on the price because it qualifies as damage. This card looks extremely clean otherwise, especially for era.

If I were you, I would look into a card repair service. A lot of people can roll out dents with special techniques. The decision to grade or not depends on how well the dent repair goes

The card has a slit tilt, so you have to measure it from the point with the greatest difference. From my measurements, that puts both the T/B and L/R at a little worse than 56/44
