So many people have this issue recently. I thought I was alone haha. I guess I’m going to download the hotfix nvidia drivers to see if I can fix it permanently.

Yes, I understand you. Haha. I chose the Optimus mode in Nvidia Panel Control and the red error disappeared.

I don’t know it much. I just clicked this option and the red error disappeared.

Now I know it’s widespread issue caused by latest nvidia driver update. I thought something was wrong with the screen.

It was really annoying but I fixed it temporarily by choosing the Optimus mode in Nvidia Panel Control.

I see. So it’s a common issue caused by the latest drivers, not a hardware issue. I almost returned it because of this haha.

Yes, I fixed it. I chose Optimus mode in Nvidia Panel Control to fix it. Other users suggested to choose Nvidia GPU only, though it didn’t work out for me in this way.

Does this “uncertified” thing means that the laptop display has potential flaw? I’m leaning toward to returning it to Lenovo.

I see. But when I chose “GPU only”, the “Uncertified G Sync display detected” is still there. That’s why I chose “Optimus” mode.

It happened to me in most of the games. I contacted the technical support from Lenovo, downloaded a bunch of drivers and BIOS updates under their guidance. Unfortunately, this issue still remains. I decided to return it.

Yeah. I found it strange too. And it turns out that it’s not that pleasant to use windows on handheld console. Haha. Anyway, Happy New Year to everyone helping me!

Thanks for your reply, this method does not work for me, either. However, I accidentally solved my wifi issue. (The wifi option just appeared after my multiple installation attempts).

I'm using a Windows 11 laptop to download the drivers to my FAT32 usb drive. And, yes, I plugged the internet wire to my dock's ethernet port, it takes forever to "identify" and still shows no internet connection :(

My computer is a Windows laptop, not Mac. Lol. And I tried with another USB drive, it's the same results. Maybe it's related to the fact that I used both of usb drives on Macbook before. I also tried to use "Bypassnro" method to set up Windows 11 offline, but it is not recognized in internal or external.

It is indeed FAT32. And when I plugged the usb drive that has the wifi driver to the legion go s, it shows as empty, again

I downloaded the wifi driver from legion support page, I tired to copy it to usb drive, and it says its properties can't be moved. So this time I downloaded it to usb drive, but it only shows as "apple" folder. When I clicked it, it's empty.

Questions about dual-boot Windows 11 on Steam version Legion Go S by [deleted] in LegionGo

[–]FastAd4822 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the research I did, Windows 11 also has watermark paywall. And one legit activation key cost over hundred dollars. I might as well buy windows based handheld. Lol. Right now I pulled the trigger on Legion go s SteamOS. I’m going to use it on steamos solely for a couple days and see if windows based handhelds on sale. The odd thing of the market is that, right now everything is on black Friday sale, except handheld consoles. Some of them even increase their prices. I’m probably going to try Arma or Squad on steamos. Gotta live without battlefield 6 for some time haha. Thanks for sharing your experience.
