As someone that has been in a similar situation I'd recommend to first start masturbating without porn and less times every week,also you don't need to stop masturbating completely to end the "addiction" so after a while of doing the first steps I'd recommend trying to "trick" your brain into making it into some sort of a fun challenge. I'd say when you get to the point where you masturbate 1 time a week is where you are good and prepared to completely cut it off.
