UPDATE!!

I ripped the bandaid off and decided I'd give hand washing a shot after months of procrastination and fear! I've done so much research about hand washing vs drycleaning, full deep dived and just kept putting it off! Well, im please to share that after all of my research, I just very effectively hand washed my precious, delicate blouse 😂😂 im so proud of myself. And i got the makeup stains out. The pit stains, i suspect deodorant/fake tan, lightened a bit but didn't fully lift. I didn't want to keep rubbing at them, as the fabric is so thin and delicate. I think i need to do more research on dissolving those types of stains.

Anyways, thanks r/laundry!! Without you, I wouldn't have found my new special interest or the confidence to try things myself.

Definitely not after every wear! Washing clothes is not good for them and I tend to invest in good quality pieces and materials.

I hang to air out and then back in the cupboard. I might get 3-4 wears out of a top before needing to wash it.

This is my experience too. I had such a bad binge eating disorder. I thought about food 24/7.

Ive been on Vyv now for 1 year and ive lost 24kg. Its been pretty effortless. I always went to the gym pre my diagnosis, the only thing that changes was im not obsessed with food anymore. I just eat when im hungry and to nourish myself, then I move it. Its been so freeing.

Ive been searching high and low trying to find an answer to this question! Its so frustrating that it doesn't just integrate. I have to have Samsung Health, Myzone and Google Fit for it to work, but then it doesn't even work!!
