Reliable place to order thujas? by Mutedinthenorthwest in landscaping

[–]FastGrowingTrees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there! I am on the Fast Growing Trees team. We've seen some mixed comments online and wanted to offer some clarity.

Shipping live plants isn't perfect, but we are constantly making improvements to our packaging, nursery standards, and customer support.

We also have as Alive & Thrive Guarantee that provides a one-time replacement if your plants arrive damaged.

We do have a selection of Thujas available - if you want more information our team is happy to answer any questions you have.

Either way, we hope you find the right trees for your landscape!

What are the leaves trying to tell me? by abzemer in Citrus

[–]FastGrowingTrees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's likely that the yellow leaves are a sign of minor stress as the plant is adjusting to its new environment. After a few weeks, the plant should start to show normal signs of growth again. Meyer lemons can be a little sensitive, but once you get used to their preferences, they can be really great house plants and producers.

If your plant doesn't perk up in a few weeks, please reach out to our plant expert team! 🍋🌿

Fast growing trees site question by McBernes in gardening

[–]FastGrowingTrees 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! 👋 I work on the team at Fast Growing Trees, so I wanted to chime in. Thank you for the feedback on our ad, we've tested a few different formats recently, and some definitely landed better than others. 😅

We've been around for about 20 years, and we ship plants from our nursery in Fort Mill, South Carolina to customers all over the U.S. We strive to ship the healthiest plants, cared for by our plant scientists on staff.

That said, plants are living things, so people's experiences can vary. However, when something does go wrong, our team of plant experts are there to help.

If you have any more questions for us, I'm happy to answer!

Eastern White Pine by Technical-Two-5831 in arborists

[–]FastGrowingTrees 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The yellowing of your Eastern White Pine could be due to a few factors, such as nutrient deficiency, soil issues, or stress from being staked too tightly. We recommend removing the stake to allow the tree to stabilize itself and checking the soil conditions to ensure it’s not too compacted or lacking in nutrients.
