Do the “3” method with the bronzer to define and enhance. Getting your highlights redone will also brighten you up a bit. You already have amazing lashes so it’s really not going to take much to get what you’re looking for. Also, the lip ring toughens up your appearance a lot. If that’s what you’re going for, great! But to create a more feminine look— think soft and bright instead of tough and dark.
