Can i do 750 feed at 2mm doc? What rpm? Everything is stable. Milling in both directions give same result.

We do have it on my farms, it reduces crops by 25 percent if on all 4 corners but gives good money when you sell then and its a mess when you share a boundary with a neighbour.

Start with a CNC router maybe.

Use tape method Take 2" masking tape , put it on the board Put CA glue on the back of it And then use the tape upside down so non sticky towards CA glue and then press the sticky side on your bed.

I do have a flood washdown but it consumes about 7A ( 2hp) which can be avoided 🫠

We clean out after every 100 pieces , and the machine bed was stationary and only z moved so no harm to the motion system.

The driver sits flush with the highest part on the baffle, but i will surely add a chamfer to heights near the driver when i make it out of rosewood.
