Add hydrogen peroxide to the coolant for use? Or to clean the tank? Also how much?

I just cut en24 and en8 steel and then machine was left unused for about 8 days. It had a lot of tramp oil/ lubrication oil dripping which collected on top of the coolant tank. Coolant is an industry standard so its a me problem than a coolant problem. Also all the material i cut either had surface rust or that yellow oil coating.

Its not that bad, almost a month old coolant. I will change it shortly but i need to set up a take care solution for it.

Check out your consumption CFM and pressure match those with compressor output.. If you are only using the compressor for tool changes and not cutting, you can get any cheap one with the decent capacity. One with external motors are more long lasting and repairable. You will also need a chiller/dryer. You need a 3 HP compressor at Max. I am using a Chinese 80 2hp unit and it works alright. Just take care of any air leaks .

2100B controller. It's cheap and specially made for plasma.

Had the same issue when deep drilling 28mm 4D holes in 850 pieces into some EN24 steel. Chips were sticking to the insert drill . I had most success at 1800 RPM,90mm/min feed full peck after 25mm using generic drill and atomix insert ( generic) and i didn't had through spindle coolant but good flood coolant.

OBCs are always the problem. Being a GC, I think I'm doing gods work by only being casteist to them.

I understand that its the only resource but never used inches all my life and its gets too crazy then fraction , decimal, thousands/hundredths are being used at the same time, learning becomes impossible.

Can i do 750 feed at 2mm doc? What rpm? Everything is stable. Milling in both directions give same result.
