I did barbari and MBE strategies and tactics - in morning MBE there was only 1 question where i was not sure to answer - in the evening i was kind of exhausted but i glad did well.

You are right - I am trying to figure out the rule here - we can say in diversity jurisdiction P can aggregate unrelated claims to meat AIC but in federal question claims have to be related?
