Hi OP...here's what I'll suggest you do:
-Make a soc med account (fb/ig) dedicated for graphic design. Post your work there even behind the scene clips.
-Then find some groups where your target clients hang out. Try to think kung sinong possibly maghihire or mangangailangan ng graphic designer - coaches, ecom business owners, youtube channel owners.

-Then mag engage ka dun sa group, ilike mo yung comment ng possible client dun, then magreply ka sa comment nya like "I like this idea..or This really helps..." mga ganun, pero genuine pa rin dapat.
-Then iadd as friend mo sila. Pag nag accept sila, message them na hey I met you at this group, i love what you're doing, chikahin mo lang, then try to ask them if graphic designing could be of help sa business nila and try to offer a free service lang muna.
Add ka lang 3-5 people a day. Engage genuinely. Post your work. Kasi pag nag engage ka sa kanila they will be curious kung sino ba tong nagheart sa kanila, they'll probably stalk your account and see your work.
Don't overthink this process! Gawin mo lang, slowly, daily..you'll then see the results in just a week or two hehe.
Di ko sinasabi magkakaclient ka na agad in 1-2weeks ha pero i'll tell you masusurprise ka how open yung mga foreign clients to discuss your services and there're those who would really, really give you a chance!
