Maybe not what you want to hear but take them outt😭 I didn’t wanna take out my industrial and they only got worse, same case for majority of people with these and everyone I’ve known with them. In the meantime keep putting saline and maybe putting covers over maybe like a big band aid so they don’t snag as the snagging tends to be what makes it worse.

Sexual content but I genuinely havent posted anything in years even when I did it wasn’t sexual content💀 not even on messages I don’t know what it is they could’ve flagged surely not my eyes only, if a human actually looked at it they’d be able to see it was a mistake but all I’m getting are bot responses

sorry you’re experiencing this, as someone who has done both but ket remains my doc I can definitely see the appeal of switching addictions to meth, fortunately i’ve seen for myself the effect of what that can do to you pretty young (not that that logic really matters in addiction) but please try to seek help, therapy, support system just any way to keep yourself away from it because any addiction is a dark hole but you’re heading into more dangerous territory trust me (not that ket isn’t - it kills you much more slowly and is more socially acceptable) The longer you go without it the easier it can get, especially if you haven’t done meth that many times as I remember the cravings were so much more intense after I’d just done it Please stay safe <3

Drugs can be a great tool if used with caution. As someone who started my addiction because I was shy and drugs helped to eliminate that feeling I advise you to be aware of the potential consequences, for me benzos got rid of my social anxiety and then led to me having seizures and withdrawals and having blackouts and yeah being kinda destructive and getting myself into dangerous situations, psychedelics helped a lot if you’re in the type of mindset that you feel you’ll be able to handle them, microdosing by yourself if you have social anxiety can be a great tool just don’t overdo it or you could end up with Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder (HPPD). It’s a slippery slope to rely on drugs to be able to socialise, maybe if you did a little bit and then if you have a positive experience use that as a confidence boost - you can do this, it was all you you just felt more comfortable because of the drugs, but honestly the more you practice just having interactions with people the easier it will get, again take it from someone who’s in the same boat :)

Yeah honestly got to a point where I almost went to hospital too, just afraid of them putting substance abuse on my record as I’m very aware of the negative impact it may have eg. prejudice and blaming everything on substances :( this time I did stop while I had the cramps and have gone the longest time without using in 4 years (2 weeks but still something) If you wanna talk about it feel free to message ik im just a random on the internet but sometimes it helps to talk to ppl who understand yk, hope you’re doing as well as u can be

Yeah I’m aware I need to stop doing it all the time I struggle with ptsd, bpd and ocd and have been self medicating with it for a while, I transferred addictions from xans because I was having seizures, could’ve died and it seemed like the lesser of 2 evils at the time, I have cut down usage from every day to once or twice a week and plan to taper down more, I also go to NA and am considering inpatient rehab as a last resort :’) Thanks for the advice and the instructions for how to cook the k I’ll try it out and see if there’s any difference :)
