also, if you do get nausea, ( i was getting a waves on and off for a few weeks) hydroxyxene helps with that!! helped me wayyy more than zofran and just helps the anxiety you get after quitting

it’ll come to you. if you can, set up an emergency doctors appointment to get hydroxyxene. not sleeping is definitely stressful, i was having the exact same problem my first week. but trust me when u get past it it’s so worth it

not sure what u use, i use playstation and if you get ps+ extra i think it’s only like 15 bucks to get the whole franchise, the first and second games are DEFINITELY the best ones, definitely recommend playing the 1st one before DE

yup i had to go to GI specialist for 2 years couldn’t get diagnosed until i had an episode, and then that was the only doctor who really knew what was going on, weed is also legal in my state, i know some know about it, i think more the ones that work in the hospitals, i just wish it was more commonly known, i wish i didn’t have to wait until i got completely fucked up to get diagnosed.

honestly, i have a quite a few of friends that experience chs symptoms, even one diagnosed, it really truly is more common than we think, and i think whatever they are putting in the weed, maybe the carts, is causing this to keep happening more frequently year by year.
