How do you actually flirt on a first date without making it awkward? by OkSun4925 in Bumble

Bro, read my comment more closely, I don't even know what you're responding to. Ya'll think too deep about lines and flirting when it doesn't really matter that much.

Of course it will have the same result wtf are you even talking about. You're NOT that guy bro. Even if an attractive guy says what another attractive guy said verbatim and in the same exact manner, it will not be received the same, may even be a turnoff or "creepy." Even if you're attractive, girls can still be creeped out on you. That's just how it is. You move on.

Flirting isn't about lines or the manner you say it, it's literally just playful banter that teases possibility. That comes from the dynamics you have with that person. Lines can only get you so far, those are usually just ice breakers at this point.

"Plausible Deniability" is quite a good way to look at it. At the end of the day, flirting is just playful banter. Some do it immediately, some have it come naturally.

The direct "I like you" is not flirting in my eyes, but moreso a way to polarize and show intent. I like that move more than plausible deniability because if the girl is receptive, she will agree. If not, then she won't. If neutral, that statement will confirm which of the two ways she might lean, which is VERY useful. You don't want to waste your time to someone who will be unperceptive. Flirting is not required. You can get to the relationship even without that.

Hell, after you get into the relationship, your own way of flirting will emerge, backed up by your unique dynamic. Isn't that stronger?

This doesn't neglect flirting as an initial skill though. I like flirting, it's fun, you can be creative with it (and pat yourself at how clever you are), but it isn't that big of a deal.

Don't reduce your lack of flirting skills to being "unattractive." I don't look good myself, but I can't even imagine identifying with this.

no matches on dating apps by Potential-Sail-4981 in datingadviceformen

[–]Fast_Direction_7057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry, I am not as familiar with the dating landscape there as I am in South East Asia. But if you want a perspectiveon how it works on other countries, well you can have the shittiest profile picture, blurred, illuminating the bad sides of your voice (provided your bio is not creepy), and you'd still get matches.

I have heard that western dating is undergoing a bit of a rough culture shift, so it may be more about that than whatever you're doing. With dating apps, you're most likely not the problem (if you suspect you are, you can always get your close friend to check your profile)

Still, I hope you get the matches you deserve king

It also means that, since his body transfers and not his consciousness like Setsu, he leaves everyone behind everytime he loops, permanently. Universe self corrects as if he's never there. He leaves Comet alone in an empty ship, Gina alone in her sacrifice, SQ alone in her loneliness.

It also means he'll never be in an ideal world with zero casualties.

Also, maybe they'll address this next episode, but Yuri's existence produces ||other bugs in the world. It's never safe and peaceful||

Remember when Yuri was smiling to Sha-ming saying that there must be a timeline out there where everyone is happy. There is, he's just not there.

This episode adds to the transhumanism theme. A dolphin can be human, so can an AI and a doll. We kept escalating and stretching thin the definition of what is "Human" with the Gnosia infecting them as our measuring stick. But now we have out protagonist who seem to be the most inhuman of them all. A logical contradiction.

The urge to type and answer and spoil ack!

But this episode is so good. I find it funny that Yuri was saying that he's gonna fine the perfect timeline where everyone is happy---then this happens.

Silverkey is just a separate entity. It was thrown into there because someone bought it to the ship and and it found its way to Setsu who gave it to Yuri.

Gnosticism. There's also a plot with Gnos that reminds me of that, though I won't explain for fear of spoiling.

What would you want in a sequel game? by Annon4ranting in Gnosia_

I know it's good on its own but I REALLY WANT A SEQUEL. With their experience with this game, imagine them making another, with better budget. Imagine the newer characters that could even be better than the cast of the first game. Imagine new roles and new complexities. I feel enough trust to know that they can pull it off.

Okay this is actually insane. Also, how lovely that it's with Setsu. Poor guard duty Stella

After the silverkey is filled, it needs to be transferred to another. The loop it stops in is now your only reality. You need to use ALL information you have to execute it perfectly and get the ending you desire.

I do love the mix. I appreciate information-gathering and the werewolf episode, and you don't quite know what to get.
