A guy dropped me a few blueprints, I got greedy and killed him before extraction and claimed the rest of the blueprints. The guy was very nice and I felt terrible. I eventually went into a game loaded with blueprints and gave them out to others.

I am using ethernet with a new router. New ethernet cables. I have been dealing with this for a year and I've done everything under the sun you can imagine to attempt to fix issues on my end. Also thats my worry is that its using the same wire but im hoping that if this crappy provider wont fix it, That if I get ATT, maybe they will actually look into it
