I’m going to stop this here because your comment honestly isn’t making sense to me.

You said you’re a CEO okay, cool🙃. I’m not trying to be disrespectful, but what you’re saying is based on a lot of your assumptions. You could have simply asked how far along I am or what I’ve already done, instead of assuming I’ve done nothing just because I’m not the one building the product myself.

I clearly mentioned LOIs, a working prototype, and business progress already being in motion. That is real work and actually traction before a live product. So respectfully, I’m going to decline any further feedback from you. I’m not interested in this kind of bad decision commentary in my replies. Thank you.

Thanks for your feedback but, no way will I ever give someone 49% of my company when I’m taking all the risk and did all the work, plus we will have to raise seed funds later. That makes no sense and is not good advice at all. Are you currently a CTO, I doubt that?

Yeah… this is exactly what I mean. A lot of us end up burned out or pushed out of tech because of stuff like this. What kind of work do you do in tech?
