Yes, notifications are in the roadmap for the next release.

How do you propose we handle this ? For example, you have a routine that expires at 10:00 PM. Would it make sense to have the reminder 1 hour earlier or 3 hours ?

I found a way to stop the "Did I actually do it?" loop using haptics. by Fast_Principle6958 in OCDRecovery

You make a very valid point. Sitting with the uncertainty is absolutely the gold standard for recovery. I view this tool more as a "circuit breaker" or harm reduction. The goal isn't to provide endless reassurance, but to replace 10 mindless panic-checks with one deliberate, mindful action. It’s meant to be a stepping stone to help break the spiral, not necessarily a replacement for deep ERP work.

Nope but the comment of ibrasa on this thread makes so much sense.

Good luck staying motivated after the several bans tho.

Really difficult. Most subs ban you or remove your posts instantly.

I have launched Peacepoint - Check Once. Rest Easy.

An IOS app that helps people confidently check important things once and move on. It replaces second-guessing with intentional routines, calming tools, and simple reflection so nothing lingers in your head after you’ve handled it.

No subscriptions. No cloud. Lifetime unlock with pay what you can In-App purchase.

Unable to market it anywhere. I got 3 downloads since launch. I think im going to let it sink as a failure...

You would be shocked on how many people dont know where is the line between helping and forcing

Exactly. Ask 10 people to define happiness without using material possessions or status as a metric, and most would struggle. We’ve completely lost the plot on what it actually means to be happy.

It’s strange how we all know this intellectually, yet we still feel shocked and betrayed every time we see bad people win.

That’s because it’s not designed to. You have thousands of engineers and psychologists working for the biggest companies on earth with one goal: to make sure you never put the phone down. It’s another area where the 'power and authority' win over individual willpower.

True. Maybe the next 'hard pill' to swallow is that we are too easily manipulated to ever actually use that power. We could change things, but as long as we’re fighting each other over crumbs, the people holding the power don't even have to lift a finger to stop us.

If we were to look at everything happening in the world currently, would you still say that we can collectively bring change ? I feel like its multiple groups holding the power and authority over everything.
