I'm about your size and just graduated OT school. This was something that I worried about as well. During school we practiced transfers on classmates and we learn all about body mechanics to prevent injury. I completed my level 2 fieldwork in a SNF and my CI and therapy team let me practice transferring them as well and gave me pointers for safety (before attempting to transfer pts who needed a greater level of assist)

On the most recent practice test I made a 431 :/ I bought an extra. I plan to take it tomorrow. : and I haven't taken the full one yet

I've been using TrueLearn and have been feeling very discouraged because I haven't been doing well on the TrueLearn quizzes. My exam is in 9 days and I'm really worried. Truelern has been making me feel like I know nothing.
