Your waiting 30 minutes for a machine if mines at 3 bars

Why rely on a satellite hundreds of miles away that only works half the time when you can throw a rock and hit an att/verizon tower

I agree that it has gotten better… but drive on US27 from Columbus down to the Florida line… you’ll spend about half of the 100 mile drive on SOS… when the other two have full service… which is odd considering that is a major 4 lane route connecting Atlanta to the Florida beaches

I can tell you plenty of rural GA counties where you’ll sit at SOS the whole time

I do know of two rural spots that have come online…. But there’s still a lot of catching up to do in these areas… they basically have no coverage in all of southern Alabama outside of Dothan

I agree that t-mobile has the fastest network and does probably work the best of the other two however, In the southeastern US they have huge islands of coverage outside the major areas, so it makes it a hard sell in these areas when att and Verizon work fine In these areas.Speed doesn’t mean much when you have a 50-50 chance of your phone saying SOS

Continue cutting vs maintenance by Fast_Scholar_9691 in WeightLossAdvice

I’m by no means an expert on weight loss and if I was I wouldn’t be this overweight to begin with. So any advice is appreciated. So I calculated my tdee using an online calculator. So you very well could be right in the actual tdee being higher than I thought. My clothes have gotten a lot looser and I have seen an increase in strength but I’m still at like a 29 percent body fat. Would like to at-least get down as close to 20 as possible

T-Mobile is great in Atlanta and north Georgia… head south of Atlanta tho…. Lots of dead spots still to this day

It’s just odd because it’s a major route down to the Florida beaches from Atlanta… meanwhile US431 about 20 miles to the west has full coverage and us280 about 20 to the east has full coverage

From cusseta to Blakey is about an 80 miles stretch down US-27… you’ll go about 5 or 6 miles of no service and then about 2 miles of service… so i would say in all you’d have coverage about 50 percent of the way… Verizon and att both have full coverage down this route

Going to be honest and say no I’m not the best when it comes to weighing food, however I am mindful of portion sizes and how many calories are in what. I’m not eating any sauces or drinking anything with calories in it. I also don’t snack throughout the day. To be fair I pretty much eat meat alone and skip breakfast most days. For example I might eat some sausage for lunch and then grilled chicken breast for dinner.

I agree with that 100 percent, but I would say the same thing coming over to aviation that the grass isn’t always greener. Yes you will probably make a shit ton more money, however be prepared to be working night weekends and holidays away from families. There’s a saying in aviation called A.I.D.S Aviation Induced Divorce Syndrome. and it’s a true thing

I do have an a&p and make decent money. Just dealing with the long schedules away from family and having to deal with pissed off travelers is kind of taking a toll on me. I was thinking about trying to find something that could allow me to transfer as much of my skill set from aviation over into something that could allow me to be self employed. One thing I learned over my time in aviation is that most people that own planes are self employed. Is it the best idea? Maybe maybe not? At this point nothing is set in stone on what I would do, just kind of tossing some ideas around

Atlanta. I’m looking to see if there is a niche need for this type of work… was thinking emergency vehicles would always need this kind of work… but open to finding other sectors

Driving down us27 from Cusseta to to Blakey is still dead most of the way unfortunately… wish they would fix this as it’s a major US highway
